Shipping policy

 

If you receive the wrong item/s, an imperfect item, or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive. If the order arrived with an imperfect or damaged item, please include images of the imperfection or damage, as well as pictures of the packing materials and box in which the order was shipped. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the mis-shipped items.

If an order tracks as delivered but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our possession it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Light and Lounge Candles is not responsible and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered.
